The “Caramel Colossus” Barrington Hughes will rumble once again in Major League Wrestling as the 469 pounder has signed a contract to compete at MLW: Never Say Never at Gilt Nightclub on December 7th.
Clocking in an 8.8 second victory in his MLW debut, the Miami native made history at MLW: One-Shot by setting record for quickest match in the history of the league.
Instantly a fan favorite for his domination in MLW, Barrington looks to continue his winning ways on December 7th. The problem? Finding an opponent willing to take on the mighty super heavyweight.
“The super heavyweights are back and they’re here to stay. Guys like Barrington, Mike Parrow and others give MLW a different dimension. Like any combat sport, when these big guys hit you, you probably aren’t getting back up. Good luck to those who try to,” said MLW CEO Court Bauer.
MLW matchmakers are confident someone will come forward to take on the 469 pounder.
“Man, I just want the competition. Bring ’em all on. Big. Small. Medium rare. Whatever. I’m just gonna keep on folding them like omelets,” said Hughes.
