“Modern Day Wonder Woman” Santana Garrett will wrestle her best friend and long-time training partner Chelsea Green on May 3rd in Orlando at the MLW Fusion TV tapings for beIN SPORTS hosted by Gilt Nightclub.
Green, who trained under the tutelage of Lance Storm up in Calgary, is a standout female fighter. With a background in stunt work in TV/films, Green is a durable wrestler with experience competing around the world.
Garrett, a second-generation wrestler mentored by Scott Hall and Larry Zbyszko, is a former Wonder of Stardom Champion and is currently undefeated in MLW.
“I give them both a lot of credit. It’s not easy wrestling someone you’re best friends with but they agreed to this match because they recognized it’s a huge opportunity,” said MLW CEO Court Bauer.
