NEW YORK CITY — A wild summer night in the Melrose Ballroom delivered on its promise of beasts, brawls, and big fight moments as Major League Wrestling rocked a sold out Melrose Ballroom with three championship bouts, a surprise signing, debuts, and a dream main event for the ages.

🔥 The Skyscrapers Shake the Tag Team Division

The night opened with shock and awe as Saint Laurent’s monstrous duo, The Skyscrapers (Donovan Dijak & Bishop Dyer), dethroned Los Depredadores (Magnus & Rugido) to become the new MLW World Tag Team Champions. Towering over the competition, the new champs made a dominant statement—one that signals a dangerous new chapter for MLW’s tag team division.

💥 Brock Anderson Plants Anthony Greene

In a hard-hitting clash of styles, Brock Anderson earned a decisive win over Anthony Greene, continuing to carve his path as a singles force. With a neck crushing DDT, Anderson made it clear: he’s not wasting time in entering the singles division.

🌸 Kamiyu Shines, Shotzi vs. Ava Set for Blood & Thunder

Japanese idols turned pro wrestlers collided in their MLW debuts, with Yuki Kamifuku outlasting Wakana Uehara in a dazzling showcase of Joshi-style action. Respect gave way to rivalry as Shotzi entered post-match to praise Kamiyu—only for Ava Everett to crash the celebration. The tension escalated until MLW VP Salina de la Renta made it official: Shotzi vs. Ava Everett is set for Blood & Thunder, August 9.

✍️ Diego Hill Earns His Shot

In a fast-paced middleweight bout, Kushida bested the debuting Diego Hill, but Hill impressed the MLW brass enough to earn a surprise MLW contract live in-ring from Cesar Duran. A new chapter begins for the Mid-Atlantic standout, with Kushida giving his endorsement after a show-stealing performance.

🚪 MJF Opens the Final Forbidden Door with Shocking MLW Return

Summer of the BEASTS will go down in the history books as the night Major League Wrestling fans witnessed the most shocking moment in league history.

As lucha icon Mistico stood in the ring, preparing to address his bitter rival Ikuro Kwon, the chilling music of CONTRA Unit hit. Suddenly, chaos erupted. SENTAI Death Squad soldiers launched a surprise ambush—two charging Mistico from behind and two more rushing the stage from the crowd.

Mistico fought valiantly, dispatching each attacker with lightning speed and precision.

But the true betrayal had yet to strike.

From within the crowd, a lone SENTAI Death Squad soldier crept into the ring behind Mistico. As the sold out NYC crowd held its breath, Mistico was blindsided with a brutal low blow. The mysterious attacker then unmasked himself to reveal… MJF.

That’s right—Maxwell Jacob Friedman, one of the biggest stars in professional wrestling and a cornerstone of All Elite Wrestling (AEW), made his jaw-dropping return to MLW, continuing one of the sport’s most venomous rivalries. The “Salt of the Earth” has not only opened the forbidden door—he’s kicked it off the hinges.

What does this mean for Mistico? For MLW? For AEW and CMLL?

One thing is clear: The wrestling world just got a whole lot more unpredictable.

📺 Fans are encouraged to stay tuned to MLW, AEW, and CMLL to see what happens next in this explosive saga.
