Court Bauer, CEO of MLW LLC (MLW), is the founder and promoter of Major League Wrestling, a new era premier fighting organization.

Bauer has built a sports league and brand that today is televised in over 20 countries and growing. Under Bauer’s leadership, MLW has emerged as a global combat sports league with fighters from around the world competing in a variety of styles.

MLW presents broadcasts from top markets, including New York City, Chicago, Dallas, Miami, Tijuana, and Philadelphia.

In 2011, Bauer launched the first pro wrestling centered podcast network, the MLW Radio Network, with podcasts that have topped the podcasting sports category. A pioneer in podcasting, MLW Radio would bring some of wrestling’s most popular voices and personalities to the space.

In 2015, Bauer and musical artist Wale collaborated to create an annual hip hop x pro wrestling crossover, WaleMania. Celebrating hip hop culture and featuring high-profile wrestling personalities, WaleMania would go on to sellout several consecutive years in a row in Dallas, Orlando, and California.

Bauer created MLW’s flagship weekly series, MLW FUSION, premiering in spring of 2018 on national cable and satellite on beIN SPORTS. Since that time, MLW has produced live fights for the sports network and expanded its broadcasting footprint around the world.

Today, MLW features a portfolio of premium events and licensed goods, creating and delivering original content to a global audience. MLW is committed to delivering combat sports content to fight fans and the distinct journeys and personalities of its athletes.

In addition to his work with MLW, Bauer is involved in charities, including the Maria Fareri Children’s Hospital.

Prior to MLW, Bauer served as Lucha Libre AAA President of American Enterprises, creative executive at WWE, executive producer for Combate Americas on UFC Fight Pass and developed alternative programming for Strikeforce on Showtime.
