The tag team division in Major League Wrestling continues to heat up coinciding with the shocking return to the sport of revered southern wrestling promoter and manager Colonel Robert Parker.  MLW today announced The Dirty Blondes (managed by Col. Parker) vs. Jimmy Yuta and Jason Cade for March 8th at Gilt Nightclub for MLW: Spring Break ’18 in Orlando.

Southern wrestling promoter and manager Colonel Robert Parker returned to the sport on February 8th at MLW: Road to the World Championship (watch for free).

Along with his newly signed tag team The Dirty Blondes, the trio crashed a match featuring Yuta and Cade against Simon Gotch and Seth Petruzelli sending shockwaves throughout the tag team division.

Parker, whose family goes back to 1920 in the sport, confirmed he and his Stud Stable featuring The Dirty Blondes want in on competing for the rumored World Tag Team Championship.

Colonel Parker, who league officials have confirmed has acquired a license to manage in MLW, joins a trend of managers and promoters representing athletes in the MLW.   Stokely Hathaway of Black Friday Management and Salina de la Renta of Promociones Dorado also represent various wrestlers.

Having managed the likes of Steve Austin, Big Van Vader and the Harlem Heat as well as promoting wrestling throughout the south, Colonel Parker has a stellar track record for success in the sport.  The question is: who will be next to sign on with his Stud Stable? We’ll just have to wait and see.
