DJZ vs. Ace Austin: Battle Riot qualifying match in Chicago

Next Saturday DJZ and Ace Austin will fight for the opportunity to get one step closer to a world championship title shot as they face off in a Battle Riot qualifying match.

MLW today announced a Battle Riot Qualifying Match: DJZ vs. Ace Austin for MLW: Intimidation Games at Cicero Stadium. The event will air live on beIN SPORTS on Saturday night March 2nd.

Tickets start at $10 at http://www.MLWTickets.com.

Two men will walk into Cicero Stadium but only one will walk out with a guaranteed spot in the 40-wrestler Battle Riot.  This Battle Riot Qualifying Match is a key opportunity that guarantees a wrestler the chance to fight it out on April 5th.  The winner of the Battle Riot receives a title shot anytime, anywhere.

The bout also has middleweight championship implications: both men are jockeying for a title shot and a win over the other will only pad the winner’s resume for a crack at Teddy Hart’s belt.
The loser goes to the end of the line.

Ace Austin, who recently scored a controversial pin over Rich Swann, looks to seize the moment and continue his momentum.

But can Ace Austin compete with DJZ’s hometown support?

DJZ, a native of Chicago, looks to fast track his 2019 goal of winning championship gold and a win over the up and coming Austin moves him within one win of a title shot. For if DJZ can qualify for the Battle Riot and win the April 5th match, he will be granted a title shot anytime anywhere.

Will DJZ light up Chicago or will Ace Austin punch his ticket to the Battle Riot?  Find out live in Chicago March 2nd at Cicero Stadium as MLW presents a live network special INTIMIDATION GAMES for beIN SPORTS (buy tickets).

Tickets to witness the event live in Chicago start at $10 at MLWTickets.com.  Tickets will also be available  day of show at the box office unless the event sells out in advance.
