Following this weekend’s MLW Fusion where Myron Reed struck referee Doug Markham, the office of wrestling operations has fined “Hot Fire” $3,000.
League cautioned that if Reed were to physically harm a referee again, he’d be automatically suspended for 4-6 weeks at a minimum.
During Rich Swann’s on-going suspension, Myron Reed has publicly protested Swann’s suspension going as far as to tape his mouth closed and write “Free Swann” on the tape.
When reached for comment, all Reed would state is that there is a bias against him and other wrestlers and he will not stand down from this injustice.
