Lawlor-Smith title fight talks continue

Davey Boy Smith Jr. is indeed in talks with league officials about a World Heavyweight Title fight.

No timeline but “talks are progressing with both camps,” according to a league source.

Smith won a recent Twitter poll by a landslide, with fans demanding that the Bulldog be the next challenger for “Filthy” Tom Lawlor’s coveted belt.

The x-factor in the World Heavyweight Championship title picture is LA Park. Salina de la Renta’s destroyer continues to circle the champ like a shark in the water. Given that the 2019 Battle Riot winner can cash in his golden ticket anytime, anywhere, you simply can’t predict when Park-Lawlor could take place.
