The first-ever World Middleweight Champion MJF underwent plastic surgery last week. The out-patient procedure was done in midtown Manhattan lasting 90 minutes, according to a source close to the Dynasty.
The facial injuries occurred in the closing moments of the title bout where Marshall used his powerful grip on MJF’s face with the iron claw and squeezed as the Von Erichs crushed MJF to the mat for the pinfall.
MJF failed to show at the SuperFight after party and no-showed a Harry Aaron photo shoot leading to speculation that whispers of facial trauma were possibly true.
The Dynasty camp have desperately tried to keep MJF’s medical condition under wraps following the Von Erichs World Tag Team Title bout at Saturday Night SuperFight.
MLW.com can confirm that MJF suffered deep indentations and acute muscle contractions to the face during the title bout. With five distinct markings on his face, MJF elected to have plastic surgery this past week.
While MJF refused to comment on the story, MLW.com has been told MJF underwent a “sophisticated facial rejuvenation procedure” including botox injections… and the botox process was somehow botched.
The results? Well, watch this week’s FUSION as Richard Holliday and Alex Hammerstone check in on their “bro” via FaceTime as he recovers.
