It’s time for MLW SuperFight! Philadelphia is rocking on February 3 as there’s a packed card on tap tonight and we start with a World Middleweight match that’s two-out-three falls!

Two-Out-Of-Three Falls
World Middleweight Championship
Ichiban vs. Rocky Romero (c)
Ichiban enters this bout solo while Romero is flanked by Salina de la Renta and Jesus Rodriguez. The two rivals know each other so well and the first part of the fight has the athletes feeling one another out. Ichiban shows his unique skill set but Rocky takes advantage with a corner suplex and pins him while Jesus holds onto Ichiban’s foot! It’s a tainted pinfall, but still a pinfall and Rocky is up 1-0.
First fall: Rocky Romero
Rocky looks to shut Ichiban out moving forward but the Number One Dojo competes with his back against the wall and pulls out his high-flying arsenal. Romero is caught rocked and Ichiban catches him with his leaping flatliner! 1-2-3!
Second fall: Ichiban
It’s tied up and Rocky hits some harsh offense on Ichiban, including a vertical suplex on the apron and quickly follows up with sliced bread for a very near fall. Rocky resorts to digit manipulation. He hammers away at Ichiban before catching him with a kick and his patented Sunset Driver. 1-2-3.

MATCH 2
Hoss Fight
Davey Boy Smith Jr. vs. 1 Called Manders
This Hoss Fight starts out hard-hitting as Manders doles out strikes but so does Davey Boy. Not long before the fight spills to the outside and the crowd is on the side of Manders. Davey keeps the fight on the outside, repeatedly breaking the count before it eventually does get back on the canvas.
We see a whole new side of DBS as he mounts Manders and begins elbowing him in the forehead, causing the World Tag Team Champion to start pouring blood. Davey gets more ruthless than that, biting the wound of Manders. Davey tries to muscle Manders up for a bomb, but the Corn Belt Cowboy turns it into a back body drop.
However, matters take a turn for the worse with Manders as DBS locks in a crossface and the SGC passes out. The ref calls for the bell.
WINNER: Davey Boy Smith Jr.
Post-fight, Manders comes to and talks back to DBS, who boots him in the face and relishes in Manders’ blood.
MSL goes on to bloviate about Davey Boy’s win before the winner grabs the mic himself and making it clear he wants gold around his waist.
MATCH 3
Jacob Fatu vs. Yuji Nagata
This fight is stiff as Fatu looks to get back on the winning track after being choked out by Matt Riddle, but Nagata has shown up to do damage. He targets Fatu’s arm quite a bit in this bout, and this match is very methodical, particularly with Nagata. Fatu picks his moments to hit his signature moves including his handspring moonsault and does hit him with his Samoan Drop.
However, with one arm, Jacob Fatu hits his moonsault and it’s good enough for the pinfall.
WINNER: Jacob Fatu
Fatu gets on the mic to celebrate with Philly, but suddenly, familiar music hits. It’s CONTRA and out come a full legion of the Sentai Death Squad to swarm the former member! Suddenly, the Black Hand of CONTRA, Mads Krugger comes out. More soldiers come out to ambush Fatu. Krugger instructs the Death Squad to hold Fatu as he hits him HARD with his Baklei war club. Fatu is out and CONTRA is standing strong.
MATCH 4
Death Machine Rules Match
Sami Callihan vs. AKIRA
All weapons are 100% legal under Death Machine Rules and both men are ready to unleash on one another. AKIRA gets the offensive advantage but a Cactus Driver ’97 puts Sami in full control. He is soon to grab an 8×10 of AKIRA and gives his opponent paper cuts in between his fingers and across the mouth. Sami’s not done, however. He finds a lemon (yes, a lemon) and squeezes it into the open wounds of AKIRA!
Sami cracks AKIRA with a chair and then pulls out a barbed wire bat. AKIRA spits in Sami’s eye and he turns the tables. AKIRA uses half a soda can to cut Sami and the barbed wire becomes a weapon for both men. Sami soon sets up a ringboard on two chairs ringside, but AKIRA manages to hit a flipping neckbreaker to put Sami through it!
Sami crawls into the ring and AKIRA gets creative, even playing to Callihan’s benefit. In a sadistic state of mind, AKIRA has hold of two staple guns and slides one Sami’s way. The two go back and forth piercing one another’s flesh with staples!
AKIRA presents more jagged soda cans and piles them onto an open steel chair. However, Sami grabs him and connects with a DVD!
AKIRA fights on with barbed wire across the face of Sami and it soon turns into a strike fest between the two. AKIRA allows Sami to strike him, but AKIRA gets gutted and Sami hits a Cactus Driver ’97 for the 1-2-3.
WINNER: Sami Callihan
Post-fight, The Calling gang up on AKIRA and duct tape him to the ropes. Rickey Shane Page partakes too before they point to the entryway. Out comes a returning Raven, seemingly to unleash on AKIRA. However, Raven is there to help AKIRA and pops everyone down with a kendo stick! AKIRA helps Raven fend off The Calling and the two stand strong as RSP, Sami and The Calling retreat!
The feed cuts and we see Mads Krugger. He promises to put an end to Jacob Fatu and claims CONTRA will reign supreme once again.
MATCH 5
Averno vs. Mistico
Jesus Rodriguez introduces Averno as Salina grabs hold of the mic. She says she’s not scared of the masked men and calls herself the Queen of Lucha Libre. All of a sudden, out comes El Hefe, Cesar Duran! He asks Philly if they missed him. He says consequences must be paid by Salina and then introduces Mistico!
Mistico and Averno know one another very well and it shows in the squared circle. Averno gets a big advantage by powerbombing him into the ring post. He later tries to play mind games by trying to rip off Mistico’s mask, but the famed luchador is such an incredible athlete, using is balance and speed to his advantage.
Averno nearly has Mistico finished in a harsh armbreaker, but it gets broken up. Averno hits a Devil’s Wings, but a lackidasical cover only gets him a two count.
Averno ascends and Mistico catches him with a Spanish Fly for a very near fall! Mistico catches Averno in his La Mistica armbar and Averno immediately submits!
WINNER: Mistico
Post-match, it’s breaking news! At Intimidation Games in NYC, Mistco will challenge Rocky Romero for the Middleweight Title on February 29!
Also it’s confirmed: Fatu will face Krugger once again at MLW Burning Crush. That’s on February 17!
We cut to Don King who says Alex Kane will once again be celebrated as World Champion after he defeats Kojima tonight. And sure enough, it’s main event time.
MAIN EVENT
MLW World Heavyweight Championship
Satoshi Kojima vs. Alex Kane (c)
Kane shows Kojima why he’s champ and gets the better of the initial lock-up. He quickly goes to choke out Kojima, but he fights through a guillotine. Kojima shoulder tackles him down and pec flexes for some pizzazz.
Kane returns the favor with his own shoulder tackle and pex flex (“I can do that too,” he says.) The fight goes to the outside and Kane is in control. He tries to put Kojima away in the ring but no dice. He focuses on Kojima’s right arm.
Kojima powers through the pain and corner chops are exchanged with Satoshi getting the better of it. Kojima hits a discus punch and a DDT.
Kane ultimately get in Suplex mode and starts it with a Saito Suplex. He then hits his apron splash. Kane is in control with Kojima fighting on with a Koji cutter. However, Kane keeps trying to put Kojima away, but can’t. He becomes very frustrated. Kane hits a Kanemaker Suplex and gets a near fall once more. Kojima hits Kane with a brainbuster and follows it up with the Lariato! 1-2-3! Kojima becomes the first-ever two-time MLW Champion

The crowd is shocked and excited about the unprecedented victory as Kojima gets on the mic to appreciate the moment and the fans. Out comes Yuji Nagata with beers as he, Kojima and Okumura celebrate with beers.
