Matt Riddle (c) vs. Donovan Dijak
The saga ends here. After chaos at Blood & Thunder derailed their rematch, MLW President César Duran has decreed this the definitive battle. Riddle seeks to cement his reign, while Dijak—who’s gone blow for blow with him aims to prove he’s the better man. At FIGHTLAND, one leaves as champion, the other leaves with no excuses.
MLW World Middleweight Championship (vacant): Templario vs. Ikuro Kwon
Since Místico was forced to vacate the belt, controversy has surrounded the championship. Kwon infamously stole the belt in an unearned moment of arrogance, but Templario has clawed his way into contention to stop him. The night ends with a rightful new champion crowned—or Kwon’s brazen theft legitimized.
MLW Women’s World Featherweight Championship: Shoko Nakajima (c) vs. Yuki Kamifuku
What began as respect devolved into betrayal. Kamifuku attacked Nakajima in Japan with the title belt, declaring herself the superior star. Now, undefeated in MLW, she challenges the “Big Kaiju” Shoko Nakajima, who promises to defend her honor, her belt, and her fighting spirit. It’s a joshi dream match with global implications.
