An unexpected alliance was forged at the end of MLW FUSION 200 and it may spell trouble for the reigning MLW World Tag Team Champions.
The chaos started when The Skyscrapers, Dijak and Bishop Dyer, disrespected MLW Women’s World Champion Shotzi by kicking her out of her own locker room. The towering tag team champions claimed the room belonged to them, then escalated the insult by taking Shotzi’s iconic helmet and spitting in it.
That proved to be a mistake.
Shotzi took the news directly to her newly resurrected monster: Mads Krule Krugger.
The masked mercenary, fresh from being shocked back into being from the depths of the swamps, wanted blood. Krugger demanded a fight with either Skyscraper that same night, and MLW league officials moved quickly to make it happen.
In an impromptu match marking Krugger’s return to action, the CONTRA destroyer battled Bishop Dyer in a violent collision of monsters. But the fight did not end with the final bell.
After the match, The Skyscrapers struck again.
Dijak and Dyer handcuffed Krugger, neutralizing Shotzi’s resurrected weapon before turning their attention toward the MLW Women’s World Champion herself. The tag team champions had a trapped monster, a cornered champion, and every intention of making an example out of both.
Then the Good Brothers hit the ring.
Doc Gallows and Karl Anderson stormed in and brawled with rivals Dijak and Dyer, evening the odds and forcing the Skyscrapers to retreat. As the MLW World Tag Team Champions vowed revenge on their way to the back, something unexpected was left standing in the ring.
Shotzi. The Good Brothers. Mads Krule Krugger.
By the time FUSION 200 went off the air, the unlikely unit was chugging Don Gato Tequila, united by chaos, revenge, and a common enemy.
Shotzi went monster hunting and found Krugger. Now, with the Good Brothers in the mix, it appears the MLW Women’s World Champion may be building something even more dangerous: a makeshift army.
The Skyscrapers may hold the tag team gold, but after FUSION 200, they also have a problem unlike anything they have faced before.
