New Japan Pro-Wrestling’s powerhouse arrives November 7 at sold-out Cicero Stadium in Chicago.
Major League Wrestling today announced that New Japan Pro-Wrestling’s Yota Tsuji will make his MLW debut at Saturday Night SuperFight on Saturday, November 7, LIVE worldwide on pay-per-view exclusively on VEEPS from sold-out Cicero Stadium in Chicago. Fans can pre-order MLW’s signature pay-per-view now on VEEPS.
For weeks, cryptic transmissions on Fusion hinted at an arrival from beyond MLW’s borders. Now, the message has a name: Yota Tsuji – the IWGP Heavyweight Champion.
Combining heavyweight power, explosive athleticism and a confidence that dares opponents to stand their ground, Tsuji brings one of New Japan’s most formidable arsenals to Chicago. His devastating Gene Blaster can end a fight in an instant, turning a single opening into a collision an opponent never recovers from.
Tsuji’s arrival brings a new dimension to Saturday Night SuperFight. A commanding presence in Japan, he now steps into an MLW ring with the opportunity to impose his style on a different league, against different opposition, before a worldwide pay-per-view audience.
For MLW, the debut advances its ongoing strategic alliance with New Japan Pro-Wrestling and delivers on a defining challenge: MLW vs. The World. For the MLW locker room, it means another dangerous international force has crossed into their territory.
With Cicero Stadium already sold out, Chicago will provide a deafening welcome for a debut built for the scale and stakes of Saturday Night SuperFight. Tsuji’s opponent will be announced soon.
Killer Kross and Josh Bishop will fight to be the Last Man Standing. Tessa Blanchard will make her MLW debut. Now, Yota Tsuji joins an international supercard where championship ambitions and bitter grudges collide.
Saturday Night SuperFight is sold out. The only way to watch LIVE worldwide is on VEEPS. Pre-order now and witness Yota Tsuji’s MLW debut November 7 on the VEEPS app, your favorite streaming device or VEEPS.com.
