Following the apparent disappearance of Brazilian jiu-jitsu gold medalist Dominic Garrini, Team Filthy has launched a search party for their gi-wearing enforcer.
Garrini, who was on a globetrotting scouting trip disappeared in Brazil last week. Local authorities discovered his phone which may possibly show the last moments before the “Bone Collector” vanished.
Since then, Dominic Garrini has not been heard or seen from.
“Does anyone know where the Von Erichs were when Dom went missing,” stated former World Heavyweight Champion Tom Lawlor. “For all we know they may have been hiding in the trees and hogtied him with a lasso,” the captain of Team Filthy continued. “All I’m saying is… this is very suspicious.”
MLW.com can confirm that the reigning World Tag Team Champions Ross and Marshall Von Erich were in fact 6,600 miles away in Kauai celebrating a family birthday at the time of Garrini’s disappearance.
In a surprising development, former UFC/PRIDE/StrikeForce fighter Phil Baroni took to twitter claiming he was involved in Garrini’s disappearance, however, league officials along with the authorities ruled him out.
