“FILTHY” TOM LAWLOR LOOKS FOR RETRIBUTION IN CHICAGO STREET FIGHT WITH SAMI CALLIHAN NOVEMBER 8 AT MLW FIGHTLAND
After yesterday’s chaotic Chicago media day involving Sami Callihan attacking Tom Lawlor in a scheme seemingly hatched by Low Ki and Salina de la Renta, league officials have moved swiftly. In addition to heavy fines, MLW has acquiesced to Team Filthy’s request for a match November 8th in Chicago.
Chicago Street Fight: “Filthy” Tom Lawlor vs. Sami Callihan has been signed for Major League Wrestling FIGHTLAND in Chicago at Cicero Stadium. The November 8th card is an MLW FUSION TV taping for beIN SPORTS.

Moments before yesterday’s FIGHTLAND press conference was set to begin in Chicago, chaos ensued in the hallway behind the podium (read more).
Soon, security swarmed as Sami Callihan was seen fleeing the scene. A commotion erupted as Low Ki caused a commotion while paramedics and league officials tended to Tom Lawlor.
The Chicago press conference was abruptly cancelled as a video surfaced (watch: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=2_4bOS_BpVQ) that revealed Callihan cowardly attacking Lawlor from behind as Low Ki provoked the #1 contender.
League officials met with MLW CEO Court Bauer throughout the night (read more) to determine what disciplinary actions would be taken while Team Filthy demanded a match with Callihan. By early this morning, the league had set in motion the Chicago Street Fight bout as well as a “heavy” undisclosed fine.
Now, the #1 contender Tom Lawlor will meet the culprit who tried to crush his larynx with a baseball bat… and they’ll clash in a Chicago Street Fight in just 14 days.
