MLW CEO Court Bauer appeared on Tuesday Wrestling Tuesday with Jonathan Hood on ESPN 1000’s Under the Hood show in the Chicago area Tuesday.
While Bauer discussed a great many topics related to MLW and the MLW Fightland show coming up in Chicago on Nov. 8, he also broke news on the show. Bauer announced the signing of two more matches for the Fightland card, set for Cicero Stadium.
Up first, Bauer announced that PCO and Brody King had been signed for a no disqualification matchup. The French Canadian Frankenstein and the bounty hunter are two of the biggest, baddest brawlers in MLW and they will go at it with virutally no rules at Fightland.
Bauer said he believes PCO vs. King will be a “phenomenal, wild match.” More Bauer on PCO vs. Brody King: “You have this guy (PCO) who has rebuilt himself in 2018 (with) this incredible comeback story against an up-and-coming beast from California (King).”
But the big news didn’t stop there, MLW’s head man also announced that a brand new tag team called Size Matters will make its MLW debut. The duo of Joey Ryan and Swoggle make up the newly-formed tag team. They will be facing off against the Dirty Blondes, representing Col. Robert Parker’s Stud Stable.
“That should be a fun match as well,” Bauer said.
